Reservation agreement, terms and conditions, cancellation policy, and privacy policy for MM Transfers services.
Terms & Conditions
MM Transfers may hold a deposit or charge in full at the time of booking. MM Transfers hereby guarantees that the vehicle scheduled for your services is in good condition and meets reasonable client expectations. Additionally, the vehicle has been maintained according to manufacturer specifications and can be reasonably expected to be safe and reliable.
MM Transfers reserves the right to upgrade your transfer based on vehicle availability. However, MM Transfers cannot make any guarantee regarding unforeseen breakdowns or defects during the service. MM Transfers assumes responsibility for providing suitable limousine or transfer services staffed by a competent driver for the day and hours agreed. MM Transfers will not be held liable for delays or cancellations of services due to weather or other unforeseeable events.
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.

PASSENGER RULES
Opening and closing doors is exclusively for drivers.
Loading and unloading luggage is exclusively for drivers.
Alcohol consumption for passengers under the age of 21 and illegal drug use and possession is prohibited by law.
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
The driver has the right to terminate services without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client.
It is illegal to stand through the sunroof.
Smoking is not permitted in some vehicles and is left to the discretion of the driver.
By booking our services, the client agrees that all services provided are pre-arranged, confidentially billed, and originated within the service areas of MM Transfers. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Kendall County, Texas.
Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. MM Transfers is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Outstanding balance must be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the service.

Cancellation & Modification Policy
Cancellation or modification is permitted within 72 hours after placing your booking AND at least 48 hours before the requested service. Outside of this window, the client will be billed in full.
FLIGHT DELAYS & NO-SHOWS
MM Transfers monitors flights in real time and adjusts pickup times accordingly. We understand that flight delays are beyond your control.
Wait time is calculated from the time the aircraft lands — not the originally scheduled arrival time. If your flight is delayed, your wait time begins when you actually arrive. No additional charges will be applied for standard flight delays.
For extended delays exceeding the complimentary wait window, the client may reschedule at no additional cost by contacting us at 210-793-0665 prior to the driver's dispatch.

Executive Travel Briefing — Data Handling
When you access the Executive Travel Briefing portal:

Your trip confirmation number is used to retrieve your reservation details from our booking system.

Pickup and dropoff addresses are used to determine origin and destination cities for the briefing. Street-level addresses are partially masked in the briefing output to protect your privacy.

Your name is partially masked in the briefing (e.g., "Har..., James") and is never displayed in full to third parties.

Briefing data is generated in real time and is not stored on our servers. Each time the briefing is accessed, fresh data is retrieved from third-party sources.

Shareable briefing links contain trip parameters (city names, coordinates, vehicle type) in the URL. These links do not contain full addresses, payment information, or other sensitive personal data.

We track the number of portal visits and briefing reports generated for internal analytics purposes. This data is aggregated and does not include personally identifiable information.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:

EXECUTIVE TRAVEL BRIEFING — SERVICE TERMS
MM Transfers provides a complimentary Executive Travel Intelligence Briefing to clients with active reservations. This service is offered as a courtesy and is subject to the following terms.
Service Description
The Executive Travel Briefing is a real-time intelligence report generated for each client trip, covering:

Weather conditions and air quality at origin and destination

Security assessment and crime intelligence near the route

Road conditions, closures, and traffic incidents
-
Active threat monitoring (including teen takeover events and civil disturbances)

Airport and airspace status
-
Economic indicators and major events affecting travel
Data Sources & Accuracy
Briefing data is aggregated from third-party sources including Open-Meteo (weather), TomTom (traffic), Google News (security intelligence), and the World Bank (economic data). MM Transfers does not independently verify third-party data and makes no warranty regarding its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
The briefing is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional security advice and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for travel safety decisions. Clients are encouraged to consult official sources such as the U.S. Department of State, local law enforcement, and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) for authoritative travel guidance.
Briefing Availability
The Executive Travel Briefing is available to clients with an active MM Transfers reservation. Access requires a valid trip confirmation number. MM Transfers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the briefing service at any time without notice.
Limitation of Liability
MM Transfers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from reliance on information provided in the Executive Travel Briefing. This includes but is not limited to decisions related to travel routes, timing, personal safety, or financial transactions made based on briefing content.
DATA SECURITY
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Payment information is processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.
