Terms and Conditions│ Reservation Agreement:
MM Transfers may hold a deposit or charge in full at the time of booking. MM Transfers hereby guarantees that the vehicle scheduled for your Services is in good condition, and meets reasonable client expectations. Additionally, the vehicle has been maintained according to manufacturer specifications, and can be reasonably expected to be safe and reliable. MM Transfers reserves the right to upgrade your transfer based in vehicles availability. However, MM Transfers cannot make any guarantee regarding unforeseen breakdowns or defects during the service. MM Transfers assumes responsibility for providing a suitable Limousine │Transfers Services staffed by a competent driver for the day and hours agreed. MM Transfers will not be held liable for delays or cancellations of Services due to weather or other unforeseeable events. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
A fee of $550.00 for each carpet or seat burn.
Sanitation fee (if required due to clients negligence) $250.00.
*Opening/Closing the doors is exclusively for drivers.
*Loading/Unloading luggage is exclusively for drivers.
*Alcohol consumption for passengers under the age of 21 and illegal drugs use is prohibited by law.
*Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
*The driver has the right to terminate the Services without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
*It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof.
*Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver.
Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Outstanding balance must be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run.
We may include charges but not limited to :
1-Meet and Greetings performance.
3-Parking and Tolls.
4-Waiting time charges.
5-Night pickups (00.00 AM-05.00 AM).
6-Gratuity: Up to 20% of the total charges.
Cancellation/Modification policy is within 72 hours after placing your booking and 48 hours before the requested services, otherwise you will be billed in full. If you can't locate your driver please call us at 830-339-2456 to avoid a NO-SHOW billing.
We are not responsible for Flights cancellations or delays, You have up to 45 minutes of free time for domestic flights and 60 minutes for International flights from the time the plane is originally scheduled to land. Additional time will be calculated at $15.00 per each 1/4 hour.
By booking our services the customer agrees that, with no limitations, the services provided are pre-arranged, confidentially paid and originated within the limits of the City of Boerne, Texas, USA.
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We may also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, phone number), comments, feedback, product reviews, and recommendations.
When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information as Credit Card, name, address and email address, phone number and other specific information you decide to share with us to conduct our services in a professional manner. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the Services;
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;
To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
